How to remove VAT from customer profile

Good day

 

Trust you are well.

 

Please note we use WHMCS which syncs with Quickbooks online.

We have some clients that are international and thus are not charged VAT.

 

How do we change this on the customer profile, so that all invoices will automatically have the VAT removed instead of manually taking it off.

 

You assistance is greatly appreciated.

Since QBO is integrated with WHMCS, the data we receive is dependent upon what the app shares with us. The functionality to automatically remove the VAT on the invoices is currently unavailable.

 

I suggest contacting the apps customer support team to check if they can send the invoices without the tax code.
