Right now, there is no option to include a Markup on quotes in QuickBooks Online. Let me go over this further for you.

The markup feature in QuickBooks Online is utilised exclusively for billable expenses on the vendor side. Therefore, when you have billable time or charges billed to the customer, you can apply a markup to those items when invoicing the customer.

I recommend sending your feedback to our Product Development Team. We would be more than happy to hear from you. It will let our product developer team know how you want the program to work. Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Feedback under Profile.
3. Share your feedback.
4. Click Next to submit.

As a workaround, you can set up a service you can use and name it Markup. I'll show you how.

1. Go to Sales and select Products & services.
2. Pick New and choose Service.
3. Enter a name, like Markup.
4. Fill in the other necessary information.
5. Once done, click Save and Close.
