Unable to save invoice using mobile app, any idea how to resolve?

As I read your post, this may have something to do with your application's stored data. Know that QBO mobile stores temporary data, but too many of them can sometimes cause your operation to stop working or even slow down. You'll want to clear your app's Cache to check if this is the case. We'll gladly write down the steps to get you going:

 

  1. Open your device Settings.
  2. select Apps (varies by device).
  3. Choose QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
  4. Select clear data.

 

For iOS users, these are the steps:

 

  1. From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback.
  2. Click Refresh Data.
  3. Select Refresh.

 

If the issue persists, you'll want to uninstall and then reinstall your QuickBooks Online mobile. Also, you'll want to ensure it's running the latest version.
