My location is showing as singapor and don't know how to change it. For my state, that's the only option I have. Even when I look at chat, it's giving me Singapor

I'm here to address your concern in no time. But I need to clarify a few things to make sure we're on the same page. Are you trying to use QuickBooks in a different region? What location do you want to select? 

 

If you don't want to use the Singapore region for QBO, we must create a new one and sign up to the appropriate region to correct your location. This is because we're unable to change or select another option within your recent QuickBooks company.

 

Please visit this link and make sure to your desired region. Then, proceed with the signup process: Sign up for QuickBooks Online
