I suggest you to directly contact our Customer Care support, in that way, they can give you a call.
Just heads not all region have phone support, but no need to worry, as long as you request, they'll find a way for you.
In your first contact, I recommend you to inform them about your concern, so by the time they give you a call, they already know how to resolve it.

- Go to the Settings icon.
 - Select Accounts and Settings.
 - Click Billing & Subscription
 - Select the View payment history link.

You may also consider contacting our out to our QuickBooks Online Support Team again so they can take a look into your account and go over specific charges/billing questions. Here's how to contact them:
- Go to the Help icon on the upper right.
 - Click Contact Us.
