Hi there, @santosh.k. I'd be happy to answer your post.
Right now, adding TCS on the invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is unavailable since this isn't supported yet in the system for the deduction. In the meantime, I recommend consulting your accountant. They can provide some alternative ways on how to record TCS in QBO, to ensure your account is accurate.

Thank you for posting here in QuickBooks Community, Mehta S.
At this time, there's no specific time frame on when TCS(Tax collected at Source) will be added in QuickBooks Online (QBO). It would be best to consult your accountant for other alternative ways on how to properly enter this TCS into the system. This is to ensure that the account stays accurate and the TCS will be reported correctly on your tax information. To know more about how to manage GST in QBO, check out these articles:
You'll want to check for a third-party application that can help you with adding the TCS feature in QBO. You can check out the apps that are compatible with QuickBooks at this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/. We can also do it in QBO by following the steps below:
- Go to Apps on the left side menu.
- Search for the app in the Find apps to streamline your work field.
- Look for the app that supports the Batch Invoicing feature.
Any questions about integrating the app into your Online account are best handled by the third-party app provider. To keep updated with any upcoming QuickBooks updates and enhancements, feel free to visit these blogs:
I'll be right here to continue helping if you have any other concerns or questions about QuickBooks. Assistance is just a post away. Take care always.

Allow me to quickly answer your question about adding a third-party app, Mehta S.
We're unable to specifically recommend or name a third-party app for TCS. Please know that QBO works with hundreds of apps that offer a variety of services.
It's best to visit the App Center so you can see the list and review them as well. Here's how:
- Go to the Apps menu and proceed to the Find Apps tab.
- Click the drop-down list for Browse Category.
- Select a category.
