I can think of two ways on how we can print the debit note.
We can generate a report then filter it to this specific transaction. This way we can get a printed copy of the debit note. Here are the steps:
- On the left panel, click Reports.
- Search for the Transaction list by Date report then click the report name.
- Select the mini gear icon then choose the columns you would like to show in the report.
- If you need to limit the transactions from the list, you can click the Customise button to get more filter that you need.
- Select Run report.
- Click the print icon.

While we are unable to directly print the Debit note, you can also use the print screen as another option. Here's how:
- On the debit note page, click CTRL+P on a Windows PC or Command+P on a Mac.
- Your browser's Print Preview window will open. Certain browsers like Google Chrome allow you to change the Orientation (Landscape vs. Portrait) and the Scale of the printed page to ensure all information fits.
- Select Print.
