Hello there, info1336.
Currently, the easiest way to include the Terms and Conditions to the invoices is to add them as Attachments.
- Save the Terms and Conditions as a PDF file on your computer.
- Open the invoice you want to review and scroll-down to the Attachments section.
- Click the Attachments hyperlink or field.
- Locate the PDF file of your Terms and Conditions.
- Click Open and it will be added to your invoice.
To know more about attachments, you can use this link: Attachments in QuickBooks Online.
Feel free to get back to us if you need anything else. Have a great day!

Thanks for dropping by, @mikec3,
Joining the discussion to share some information on how to attach files to outgoing invoices.
At the moment, setting up document attachments to be automatic on invoices is currently unavailable. You will need to add the T&C docs manually using the steps provided by the previous agent.
I'm also adding the steps again for your reference:
- On the invoice, click the Attachments section.
- Select a file from your drive.
- Make sure to click the Attach to email option.
Once the client receive the invoice on their email, they will see the attachment above the invoice link. See this:
Refer to the steps here to learn more about this feature: Attachments in QuickBooks Online
Feel free to let me know if there's anything else you want to know about the program. I'll be happy to help. Have a nice day!

Hello,
This discussion helped to an extent. I need to add T&C's by default, rather than adding every time.
Is this something that is currently being worked on? If so, by when?

As of now, I'm unable to tell as to when this feature will be available in QuickBooks Online.
Also, you can visit our blog to stay updated on our new features.

Here we are in September 2022 and there is still no way to automatically attach a terms of agreement to every invoice. What does it take for Quickbooks to start working on something that a lot of businesses can use. Not every Quickbooks online customer is a small business. Some of us are larger corporations.

Why has this not been added as an option still?
To have to rely upon remembering to always attached the T&C via QB and sending just seems archaic and that there is a good chance it could be missed.
Adding the T&C file each time through QB also seems as though it would add to your ultimate file size since they are stored in QB as well would it not?
I sent in a request to have this feature added and maybe the only way to get it accomplished is to send a request regularly.

I cannot believe QB hasn't made this happen yet. There are initial requests from 2019. QB needs to have an option where there is a default attachment that is automatically added to estimates and invoices! Or at least a separate terms/conditions page. Or allowing the customer to accept the estimate rather than having to use a 3rd party app. It amazes me how such a huge company as QB/Intuit, they can't seem to grasp what customers actually want and need. And even when multiple people ask for it, they take ages to implement it, or not even do anything at all. You would think they would compile a list of possible functions/upgrades, send out an email poll, and get some traction of interest from everyone else.

Yes astonishing. Quickbooks has increased their rates tremendously the last year or so but can't seem to add basic features like adding your T&C's to invoices or have the SKU's shown on a PO. Am going to ask around for alternative programs.
