With regards to your query, we would like to update you that, as of now we don't have an option for digital signature. 

We have already forwarded this issue to our Product Development Team and issue has been prioritized. We will update you once the issue is resolved.

Is there any timeline for same, can you suggest some workaround ? like Logo is inserted , same way if can get the signature fixed should help.

This is a SERIOUSLY important function. I have to print all my invoices and manually sign them and courier them and go through all sorts of unnecessary paperwork that could be avoided with a digital signature. PLEASE HELP!

You can still sign invoices using digital signature after downloading PDF version of quickbook invoices. However directly signing using quickbook software will be better.  

Hi its been more than 10 months adding digitial signature to invoice directly from quickbooks feature has not been added yet. Pleade reply how much more time will it take? And to comply with GST laws all the invoices needs to digitally signed or manually....

Awaiting updates on the below. Sometimes we have 50 invoices in a day. We can't add digital signatures to each one of them individually. It takes time. QB team... all your competitors like Zoho books, Tally have this feature. Please update by when can u fix this?

I have been asking for this for 10 years and nothing.  It's total insane that this simple option is not added for Enterprise Desktop.  I tried to have it developed about 4-5 years ago but got ripped off by a coder and lost months of time and thousands of dollars. Bummer.  When you do hundreds of invoices every month it's impossible to scan and email.

Hi Bicpipe and friends. This is how I managed it. There is this import invoice feature. In that invoice before importing just add a scanned image of your signature/stamp/seal etc and then copy paste it on the invoice at a place of your choice. That invoice has some formatting so someone with a word knowledge shall be able to do it efficiently. After that import that invoice and make it as default.  Please do note that some features of this imported invoice do not work like the inbuilt invoices so keep track of that while reviewing it.

Looking forward for an update on this feature at the earliest.. This will be of immense help.

An Year ago, your company said.. this issue is prioritized...... ... now.. here is the fact. This is not even an issue. There are no legal hassles. This is a a basic requirement of invoicing in India. If prioritizing an issue takes  you more than an year to add a simple feature, how can you commit of reliability over promises that you make in order to sell your products.

Someone from the company should answer if they are planning to do this at all or not. And if planning then by when.

After 2 years, if they have not implemented means, they are asking us to try with another vendor.   They say QUICKBOOKS cannot service you so fast as you expect.

Any update on digitally signing the invoice.. its been 2 years? Is it so difficult to create this functionality

We can look for a third-party application that you can integrate into QuickBooks while the option to electronically sign in the invoice is unavailable. I see how relevant and important this feature to added in QuickBooks. As of now, I cannot tell as to when this functionality will be ready. 
 

Here's how:

1. Go to our Apps Center.
2. Find an app.
3. You can look into the Overview on how the app works and the Reviews of some users.
4. Click Get app now to subscribe to the app.
