Can not download subscription invoice from QBO in accountant portal for the month of August while my credit card has been charged

First, refresh your QuickBooks Online Accountant portal or log out and log back in. This often updates the invoice list. You can also check the Billing & Subscription section under the Gear icon.
In the meantime, you can also, log in to your Intuit account at accounts.intuit.com to see your billing history and check your registered email or spam for an invoice copy from Intuit.
