has anyone else had trouble with sending invoices via email. i get an error and email with invoice attached is not sent. I have tried different email addr, even my own.

Since you’ve encountered the issue even after attempting to send it to a different email address,  I recommend reaching out to our Live Support team during their support hours to report the problem. They have access to advanced tools and diagnostic resources that can help resolve the error promptly.

 

  1. Click on the Help menu or the (?) icon in the upper-right corner of QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to the Assistant tab.
  3. Type "contact support" in the chat box and press Enter.
  4. Provide a brief description of your concern and click Continue.
  5. Choose your preferred option. Have us call you or chat.

 

In the meantime, you can save your invoices as PDFs and send them manually outside of QuickBooks using either your business email or an alternate email address until this issue is resolved.

Yes, I have the same issue.  We pay for the function, why should we have to save the pdf, and then go to our email, upload the pdf and then send.  That is one of QB's selling points, invoices emailed, etc.
