Manage customers and income
Hi patelservices252,
Unfortunately you cannot change the delivery note template in QuickBooks, however you can change what you want to display on the delivery note, such as Business Name, Phone, Email, ABN and the Footer Message.
To do this:
- Navigate to the Gear Icon on the top-right, then select Custom Form Styles.
- Find the template with the Form Type as Master, then select Edit under the Action column.
- Select the Content tab, then select the top-third of the invoice preview on the right hand side.
- Tick the information you would like to see in the delivery note (under the Header section).
- To change the footer message, select the bottom-third of the invoice preview, then change the text field in the Footer section.

Manage customers and income
Hi Bonny,
Unfortunately this does not help at all.
We have just changed from XERO to QBO. While XERO had a lot wrong with it we could format the delivery note to suit our needs.
Typically a delivery note is folded into 4 and placed in a doculope which is stuck on the box.
This is not possible with you current layout so while QBO does allow you to print a delivery note as a separate document (XERO did not) the current format makes it unusable.
Please give this issue some priority.
