Looks like you’ve subscribe to a whole new account, hope14.
You might want to cancel the current account, then go back to your trial and re-subscribe from there.
Here’s how to cancel an account:
- Sign in as Admin to the account involved.
 - Click the gear icon and go to Account and Settings.
 - Go Billing & Subscription tab.
 - In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel Trial.
