Manage Your Account
Hello and thanks for reaching out to us here, jonty-yourwaterp.
I'm here to share some insights about your situation.
When you connect your bank account in QuickBooks, this is a one way process only. All QuickBooks does is pull a record of your transactions, so you can categorise them in the program.
To secure your account, you'll want to follow Fiat Lux - ASIA's suggestion to change the password, or contact your bank to review your login history.
If you need to edit/update your sign-in information in QuickBooks, you can follow these steps:
- Go to the Banking on the left navigation menu and select the Banking tab.
- Choose the specific bank account.
- Click the pencil icon to the right of the bank name and select Edit sign-in info.
- Enter your bank website User ID and Password and click Update sign-in info. QuickBooks Online will connect with your bank to verify the details.
- Once you see the message that your credentials have been updated, hit I'm done, Let's go!
