Currently, the option to take and process online customer payments is unavailable in QBO Essentials (South Africa). Please know that there are plenty of payment processing services that sync and integrate with QuickBooks Online. You'll want to consider visiting our QuickBooks App Market to find a third-party application that best suits your business needs.

You can go to the Apps menu within your QuickBooks account to search for a payment processing app. I'll show how:

1. Select Apps from the sidebar menu.
2. Head to the Find Apps tab.
3. Enter "online payments" in the search bar or click the Browse category button to filter the results.
