Monthly subscription fee has suddenly changed from R141.80 to R472.65- I queried this over a week ago and no response, can you please advise how I can close our account?

You can check your subscription charges within your account to see if there were additional services that you subscribed to. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon at the upper-right and click Account and settings.
  2. From the left menu, click Billing & Subscription.
  3. Under QuickBooks, you'll see your billing details.

Did you open your QBO Plus account 3 months ago? Your discounted period is over and you have to pay the regular rate now.
