You have me to help you convert your QBDT file to QBO, sales-hospitalit.
Since your file is still on the 2014 version, you'll have to use a trial version of the updated one. From there, you can convert it to QuickBooks Online.
I've also added this reference for the detailed steps to convert your data: Move your QuickBooks Desktop file to QuickBooks Online.
I'll be around if there's anything that I can help. Keep safe!

Afaik, according to their latest policy in 2020, Intuit Data Service only accepts to migrate data from QBD 2015-2018 to QBO SA.

You may have 2 options:
1. Utilize a migration tool. i.e TPExporter for Desktop, TPImporter for Online

2. Purchase a 3rd party conversion service.
