Since nothing happens after clicking the Submit button, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll help you report the banking error to our engineers.

Here's how to reach them:

1. Go to https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en/contact.
2. Select QuickBooks Online.
3. Click the Working with Your Bank, and choose Downloading Transactions.
4. Select Errors when Downloading Bank Transactions.
   
5. Click Send Email to contact us.
