Our account program wont open/keeps asking if we cant to restore?

To ensure that I'm on the same page, are you using the QuickBooks Desktop App? When the program is asking you to restore every time you open it, you'll need to ensure the application is fully updated.

 

To do so, please perform the following steps:

 

  1. Open the application/program.
  2. Click the Help button on the upper-left.
  3. Tap Reset App Data.
