I have an error 102 bank said I should log a ticket with quick books it has been like this for 5 days now.

Based on the investigation, we've received reports of error 102 with Nedbank. I recommend contacting our support team to add your name to the list of affected users. By doing so, you'll receive an update on the investigation status.

 

Here's how to reach a live representative:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online(QBO) Company.
  2. Click the Help button at the top of the page.
  3. Choose the Search tab, then Contact us.
  4. Type in your concern, and Continue.
  5. Under Callback, click Have us call you button. 
  6. Enter your details.
  7. Select Get a call.

 

In the meantime, I suggest recording your bank transactions manually to keep your books updated.
