Quickbooks account is listed as turned off when logging in but subscription has been reactivated. How do you turn the account back on?

Online account was deactivated some time ago. Client recently resubscribed but on login it says account is turned off. How do they turn it back on? They are not aware of any administrator in place?

We appreciate you reaching out here in the Community space, and we want to make sure you can get through this so you can access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. You'll want to contact our Customer Care Team so they can assist you and access your account in a secure environment to determine the root cause of the problem. They can also help you access your company file to continue using the program for your business. We'll write down the steps to get you going:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online company, select (?) Help.
  2. Select either tab to get started:
  • Assistant: Get quick, personalised answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still chat to a human.
  • Search: Type a question, keyword or topic for QuickBooks Online self-help content or select Contact Us, type a question and Continue. Choose Start a chat with a QuickBooks support expert online.
