Let me assist you with your subscription issue.

 

We'll encounter this error if your bank put extra security measures to ensure the safety of your account. You'll have to contact and inform them that it is a legit transaction and you're trying to pay the QuickBooks Online subscription.

 

Once everything's good, the next thing we need to do is to update the payment details by deleting and re-entering them.

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and settings.
  2. From the Billing & Subscription tab, click the edit ✎ beside your payment method.
  3. Update your credit card info. Make sure the all details are correct including the address.
  4. Select Confirm card or Save.
