Hi, One of my users, whose role is 'accounts payable manager; is not able to access Open Purchase Order details report. Although the admin user is able to access this.

Hi, One of my users, whose role is 'accounts payable manager; is not able to access Open Purchase Order details report. Although the admin user is able to access this.
Is this due to Role of the user, and how can i have him access this report
