You'll need to review your home currency by clicking the Advanced tab.

 

 

Once you've verified that you're using GTQ as your home currency, I'd suggest reaching out to our Online Support so they can isolate this issue. They can investigate this odd behavior in a secure environment and check the root cause using their tools. You can refer to this link: Contact the QuickBooks Online Customer Support team.
