Language settings in QB Online

Does QB Online (International) have the ability to have different language preferences on the user level. For instance, in the same Company File, if one user wanted to view in English, and another wanted to view in Spanish - is that possible? Thanks for any help!

Hi there, vischeck.

 

This is available if you're using a specific QuickBooks Online Spanish version. You can find it inside Advanced settings. I'll show you how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Click the Advanced tab.
  4. In the Language section, click the pencil icon.
  5. Click the drop-down arrow and choose the language.
  6. Click Save.

Here's a list of available supported language in QBO:

  • English
  • Chinese
  • Francais
  • Italiano
  • Español
