To clarify, are you trying to generate a delivery sheet in QBO? If so, you can use an Estimate as a delivery receipt. You can then convert it to an Invoice later once paid. I'll walk you through the steps of creating an estimate.

Please check this out:

1. Click + New, select Estimate.
2. Select a customer from the Customer drop-down.
3. Set the  Estimate Date and the Expiration Date.
4. Enter the products and services you plan to sell and any other info you need.
5. Click on Save and send.
