I replicated your concern about moving the priority dots in the bank rules and was able to re-arrange them in my test file.
To isolate the situation encountered, let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the situation encountered in your QuickBooks Online account. To start with, use a new incognito window or a different supported browser. Using an incognito window does not store any data file.
Here's how:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
Then, log in to your QBO file and access your bank rules and re-arrange them through drag and drop option. Wait for a few seconds before making any action. If it worked out using incognito window, let's clear cache and cookies on your browser.
If the problem persists, let's use a different supported browser or a different device.
