I'll share insights about barcodes in QuickBooks Online.

As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way to generate barcodes in QuickBooks Online. For now, let's consider integrating one from any of our third-party applications to generate and maybe include the option to scan barcodes.

You can do so by following the steps below:

1. Go to Apps.
2. Enter Barcodes in the Search text area.
3. Choose an app you wanted to use and check for reviews.
4. Click Get app now.

For other features you can use in QuickBooks, here's the article you can use for reference: Help Articles in QuickBooks Online. In the reference, you're able to read subtopics that will describe how a feature is used and how to accomplish tasks related to its functions.
