If you're looking for data migrations, we do have this available and we do actually have Xero as one of the options to migrate you're data from.

What do you mean with "link"? Do you need to migrate data from Xero or else?

I mean like how hub doc works that kinda thing 

You can only integrate Hubdoc with QBO, not QBSE.
