Working - I get an Error message saying that my Netbank Account will stop working soon and I need to switch to a new connection. When I try and 'Reconnect'I get the message 'Something Unexpected happened and we couldn't connect to your bank'. Please Help.

Did your bank move to a new platform or website? Instead of reconnecting, let's try to add NetBank again in QuickBooks Self-Employed. Make sure to use the correct bank website.

 

If the same error persists, I recommend reaching out to our QBSE support so they can check what's happening. They will be able to see your account and report the error you're getting.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click on Assistant.
  2. Type Talk to a human.
  3. Enter the bank error you're getting.
  4. Select I still need a human.
  5. Select from Message an agent and Get a callback.
