To generate a validation code, we need to verify your QuickBooks License and product number. Since this is a public forum, we're unable to do that in the Community. I suggest reaching out to our Technical Support Team. They are able to access your account and generate the code for you. Here's how:
- Open QuickBooks.
- From the Help menu, select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click the Contact Us link.
- On the new page, select a topic (such as activate or install QuickBooks).
- Please scroll down and click the Have us call you button.
 
To ensure we address your concern on time, our representatives are available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturday. For more information, check out this article: Support hours and types.

To begin, please be aware that QuickBooks Desktop 2013 is no longer supported. To continue using the product, you may want to consider upgrading to a newer version.
Regarding your concern about the validation code, you will need to get in touch with our Customer Care Team as they have the necessary tools to review your account securely and provide the validation code for you.
To reach them, here's how:
- On your QuickBooks account, go to the Help menu at the top.
- Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Choose Contact Us.
- Enter the issue or topic in the field box.
- Follow the onscreen instructions.

I am not sure Support will provide the activation code. You can use the trial version as a workaround.
