Here are the steps you can perform:
- Go to File then, click Open Recent to open the company file you last used in QuickBooks.
- By default, QuickBooks stores your company file in your Documents/QuickBooks folder. So if you can’t find it by opening the most recently used file, you can look there first.
- If the company file is open, choose Help and select Product Information. You'll see the file location at the bottom of the screen.
