Unable to sign to cloud- Unable to validate online credentials

Unable to validate online credential message popping up when trying to log in. Anyone knows solution?

I did call. It took an hour and a half to resolve. That's just not good enough, especially as we approach tax season.

I was able to resolve this by calling the help line.  Laura helped me out and made it work.

It would be extremely helpful to have this information including the number on the error message.  I tried logging in many times over a couple of weeks thinking it would resolve itself.
