Thank you for reaching out. Is the BAS showing as Marked as lodged or Lodged with ATO? 

Marked as lodged will mean the details have been recorded in QuickBooks, however have not been electronically lodged with the ATO. In this case you will still need to manually submit the period to the ATO. 

If you see Lodged with ATO this indicates it has been electronically lodged and it may be worth contacting the ATO to see why the Summary may not be showing on their end.
