BAS Summary on Invoices

Hello, 

 

Could you please tell me if I can move the BAS summary on the invoice templates? We are repeatedly having customers pay the amount that is displayed at the most bottom part of the invoice, which is the BAS summary amount, and not the invoice total amount!

 

I would like to move the BAS summary higher on the invoice so that the total amount due appears at the very bottom.

Welcome to the Community forum, @Barwite.

 

As of this moment, the option to move the BAS summary on the invoice template is unavailable. Since the format of the invoice template can't be interchanged. For the meantime, what you can do is to import custom form styles for invoices. 

 

To import, here's what you'll need to do:

  1. Map your templates fields. 
  2. Turn on Import Styles plug-in. 
  3. Save and upload your DOCX template. 
  4. Match your fields with QuickBooks fields. 
  5. Preview and confirm your style.
