How do I retrieve a quotation email that was sent to a client via Quickbooks?

Good morning,

I want to find out, how do I retrieve several quotation emails that was sent to the same client via Quick Books online please? I've checked my Sent box on my email that is registered with Quick Books, I can't find anything.

Getting Started

Hello there, AneVenter,

 

If you've set up the Reminders to email you a copy of the quotation, you will see those emailed quotations in your Inbox.

 

Otherwise, you can reopen the quotation and resend it by changing the email. You can also check Audit log. Use the filter option to easily pinpoint the quotations you need to retrieve.

Good day,

Thank you for your assistance. Unfortantly I didn't have the reminders set up, not sure how to do it.

I've looked at the Audit log and I can see when I sent the client the emails, but I can't see the Body Text that I wrote in the email and that is the most important info that I need at this stage.

Getting Started

Here's how you can set up Reminders:
Click the Gear icon.
Select Accounts and Settings.
Click Sales on the left pane.
Click the pencil icon for Reminders.
Check box for Email me a copy at.
Save.
Done.

You can see the content on the Audit log if you click the view link and expand it.
