I'm here to share some information about the QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certifications, ann.

Yes, the online certifications can be transferred to a different account or profile. Just make sure that you have access to the  ProAdvisor Training page on your new account. Here's how:

1. From the left drop-down menu, select ProAdvisor.
2. Switch to the Training tab.

After that, you'll have to contact our Customer Care Team to submit a transfer request. One of our specialists will securely pull up your new QBOA account and move the certifications for you. Here's how to connect with us:

1. Go to the Help icon.
2. In the QB Assistant window, enter "Talk to a human".
3. Select Contact Support Team, then enter "transfer QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certifications " in the search bar.
4. Choose No, I still need a human, then click Contact us.
5. Click Contact Support Team again, then choose Start a chat.
