QuickBooks Online (QBO) is only a receiver of the data that is transmitted. It only depends on the data provided by your third-party app.

We have a separate forum wherein you can start a discussion about API integration. Someone from there can explain better what you're supposed to follow when creating a new type of product in QuickBooks Sandbox.
