To renew your QuickBooks Online (QBO) certification, the first step is to access your QBO Accountant portal. Renewal timelines may depend on your location or when you last took the certification exam.

Here's how:

1. Log in to your QBOA account.
2. Click the ProAdvisor tab.
3. Select the Training tab.
4. Look for the Training & Certification history and click it. This area indicates if you are due for recertification and provides a link to the necessary materials.

To keep your certification active and retain your ProAdvisor benefits, you must complete the annual recertification process through the ProAdvisor Academy.
