QB Desktop needs a product code and installation code, not QB Online. Which one do you have?

QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn’t have a product key or license number. Once you register for QBO, you’ll receive a Company ID (CoID), which you can locate on the Subscriptions and billing page.

Here’s how to find it:

1. Click on the Gear icon at the top.
2. Select Subscriptions and billing.
3. Your Company ID will be visible at the top of the page.

If you want to subscribe to QBO, just visit this page, choose your country, and select the version that fits your business needs.
