To become a certified ProAdvisor of QuickBooks and to get the certificate, you'll need to enroll in our ProAdvisor program. As I've checked here on my end, the ProAdvisor program is only available in the United Kingdom, Australia, and United States region. That said, you can only take the exam in those specific regions to get your ProAdvisor certificate.

However, you can still practice QuickBooks for free through our tutorials and articles that you can find online. But know that with this method, you won't get a certificate from the ProAdvisor program. Feel free to visit this page to see the video tutorials: QuickBooks Video Tutorials.
