Can cash sales through square be imported into quickbooks?

My cash sales are all going through Square and I was under the impression that they came straight into Quickbooks to be recorded. I saw yesterday none of them were coming in, in that case can i fix this?

Getting started

Hi correyprice,

 

I'm here to share more information on how you can bring your transactions into your QuickBooks account.

 

Once you connect the bank account, your Square transactions will be imported automatically. Here's how to connect the account:

 

  1. From the Banking tab, select Banking.
  2. Click Connect account.
  3. Search for your bank.
  4. Hit Continue.
  5. Continue with the on-screen instructions to successfully connect the account.

 

From there, you can review and categorise your transactions to make sure they’re categorised right.
