Let me help you check why your QuickBooks Time is not syncing in QuickBooks Online file. Let's check if there's any error showing in your QuickBooks Time Synch Logs. Here's how:
- Log in to QuickBooks Time account.
- Click on QuickBooks at the top right.
- Click on View Sync Logs.
Check any information showing on the sync logs like employee name is a mismatch in QuickBooks Time and QuickBooks Online. We'd also recommend checking the Preferences tab to verify the settings of the integration in QuickBooks Time.
In QuickBooks Time click on the QuickBooks drop down, and select Preferences. Check if the status is showing Connected or Not connected in QuickBooks Online Integration.
Furthermore, please log in to your QuickBooks Online account and click on Apps tab and search under My Apps if the QuickBooks Time app is showing on the list.
