Having some problems connect bankwest business account to quickbooks due to the token authorisation. anyone else having this issue?

Getting started
I'm unable to see an issue about Bankwest business account in our records, Info169.
For now, QuickBooks Online is unable to support an additional Two Factor Authentication (2FA) information after the initial connection.
As a workaround, you can import the bank transactions manually by using the WebConnect or CSV file.
Though, supporting the additional 2FA might be a good feature in QuickBooks Online. I will send your concern to our management team so they can pass this to our software engineers for review.
