I am not able to import timesheets from workzone into a pay run. I have previously been able to do this fine, but it has recently stopped working.

Getting started
Hi tpcleaningguys,
It would be best to check that your relevant payroll permission on the WorkZone app are still correct. You can click here for steps of how to check your access:
Once you have been added as a manager, you can approve timesheets from within the WorkZone app:
- Sign in to the WorkZone app using the manager login credentials
- For users who have access to multiple businesses, please ensure the correct Business is selected from the menu on the left.
- Select the Timesheets section at the bottom of the screen (second icon from the left)
- Select the timesheet that you want to approve.
- 5. Select the option to Accept, Reject or Delete the timesheet as needed
Once accepted, back in the payroll system you can go to:
- Select Employee
- On the right-hand side select the Manage Employee
- Then select Import Timesheets.
