Manually filed 941X for Q32021 on 2/4/22 and got the refund check on 1/3/23 in the mail.  11 months processing to be exact.

You mentioned the ERC is not taxable income, but you should note that the wage expense would have been taken in full, if you're receiving an ERC credit.  Therefore, an amended return is required to report the lower wage expense, resulting in higher taxable income.
