I was able to locate your account on my end and submit a request to have Unlock Exported Time added to it. It may take up to 24 hours before you'll see it as an active feature.
Since you're working with QuickBooks Desktop, you'll want to be sure to delete your timesheets from QuickBooks Weekly Timesheets before re-exporting time. Doing so will prevent duplicate records.
