This is a wide spread Quickbooks mistake. I, and many others, am waiting for an explanation too.

We already look into this matter, patricialarapck and Linda145.
Our engineers are on hands to isolate what causes this issue and we'll resolve this as soon as possible. As of now, we'll have to let your employees wait for their pays within the day.

None of my employees payroll direct deposited this morning either. That's not a good way to start a Friday!
Our QB online and QB Time have been very glitchy this week. I hope you get it all squared away very soon!

Our Direct Deposit payroll did not process, as well. I have pissed off employees and can not get thru to anyone thru Chat or by phone. So frustrating.

Same here. 1st time. not good! email confirmation from Qbks says it went thru, Payroll summary says it went thru, Nothing out of bank, and nothing in employees bank. we are only 8 employees. I cannot wait much longer and am considering writing checks for everyone. By the way, we are in Florida and bank at Wells Fargo. Is this a regional problem? or site-wide?

I am in Texas and my clients here did not have successful payroll either even though I received confirmations. On hold for an hour and fifteen minutes already. This is unacceptable. My clients will be asking for an alternative payroll platform.

Unbelievably frustrating. I have multiple upset employees that are already requesting that we refund their overdraft charges that will occur today. I have been on hold for a ridiculous amount of time and cant get through to chat either. I need answers to give my businesses and employees.

Hello @Samantha20211 and @coastales. I understand how frustrating this is and how important it is for our customers to pay employees on time and promptly. Right now our team is aware of this issue with direct deposits and is working on getting this resolved ASAP.
Currently, the bank/financial institution has until 5 pm to deposit the money to the employee accounts. Regardless, we're actively tracking each of our affected customer accounts to see if we can provide a more accurate time frame and get employees paid sooner.
It's very important that you DO NOT cancel payroll and create paper checks.
We'll monitor the situation closely and keep you all included in any updates as they come to us here in the Community.

What exactly does " we'll have to let your employees wait for their pays within the day." mean. I hope it means my employees will get paid TODAY!!!!!
14 years! I have been in business for 14 years and this is the first time my team has NOT gotten paid! Don't mess with peoples's paychecks - number one rule of keeping good people!

I am confused, is this fixed? Last I checked my bank didn't see it in the warehouse. You say the bank has until 5pm however what if you don't get issue fixed on your end and our employees have no pay today?!

Our employees did not get paid today either even though payroll was completed in QB days ago!
This is very frustrating because our employees DEPEND on it being there the morning of payday! PLUS I can't even speak to a HUMAN at QB! Totally unacceptable!!!
