Emailing a pay stub to your employee after processing payroll isn’t available, Dori. However, you can invite them to QuickBooks Workforce to view their pay stubs.
QuickBooks Workforce is a portal where employees can securely check their pay stubs anytime, eliminating the need for printing.
Please note that if an employee has access to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, ensure they use a different email for Workforce. Here’s how:
- Navigate to the My apps menu and hover over Payroll.
- Go to the Employees menu.
- Click Invite to Workforce.
- Enter your employee's email address.
- Click Send invite, then Done.
Once an employee accepts the email invitation, they can create their own account, allowing them to manage their user ID, personal settings, and security information.
