Employees and payroll

I talked to payroll support, escalated to a manager.  The manager said they escalated it to their backend support.  A few of our employees report they have now received their direct deposits, but many have not.  I haven't received any payroll or tax withdrawals yet from my business account either.  So, something is going on with their systems today.  They said that I can be assured that all of the deposits will hit bank accounts by 5:00pm.  However, I am not super confident at this point, but we'll see how it goes.
